PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Ballygunge organized an excursion to Science City on 18th and 19th March 2024. The students of classes four and five were taken to the Science City, where they were amazed by the interactive exhibits and displays. They were shown a variety of scientific experiments and demonstrations, which helped them understand complex concepts in a fun and engaging way.
The students visited the Space Theater, where they watched a show about the universe and learned about the stars and planets. They also visited the Dark Ride, Science on Sphere, Time machine. They also saw a documentary about wildlife and conservation.
During the excursion, the students were given a chance to participate in hands-on activities and experiments, which made learning science a fun and enjoyable experience. They were accompanied by their teachers and guides, who helped them understand the concepts and answered their questions.
The excursion to Science City was a huge success, and the students returned to school with a newfound appreciation for science and technology. They were inspired by what they saw and learned, and it sparked their curiosity to learn more.
